Less than 1% of all biological macromolecules have been experimentally characterised. Predicting the properties of novel biomolecules, particularly proteins and nucleic acids, opens new opportunities for innovation across biotechnology, biomedicine and precision medicine.

Rational protein design

Many proteins cannot reach their full industrial or biomedical potential because they lack sufficient stability under production, storage or use. BioPredX develops predictive technologies capable of identifying stabilising mutations and accelerating protein optimisation processes.

Protposer is our protein stabilisation platform. It proposes and prioritises specific mutations that enhance protein stability, making them easier to produce and preserve, and more resilient under demanding usage conditions. Protposer is available as a secure cloud-based SaaS platform and requires no local installation.

Unlike conventional approaches that systematically evaluate all possible mutations of a protein, resulting in thousands of evaluations, Protposer identifies structurally vulnerable regions and proposes targeted stabilising mutations with a high probability of success.
